I’m Onofrio Passariello!AI Automation Specialistwith a Design background.

I design and build AI automations that take repetitive work off teams, from the process to the screens people use.
From design to automation.
I studied design in Naples and Lyon and worked as a graphic, product and space designer in Naples, Lyon, Athens and Milan. I like meeting new people, so I moved around.
I started using AI to speed up my work. Then I took a bootcamp in AI Agent & Automation in Barcelona, and building automations became my job. I still use design thinking: we think the automation through with the people who will use it, try it right away and fix it together.
What I do
Any automation you have in mind
Tell me what takes up your time, or your team’s.
Product listings from your files
From supplier lists, catalogues or product sheets, the AI writes titles, descriptions, tags and alt text in your brand’s voice, checks them against the data and publishes them to your e‑shop once you approve.
Leads that sort themselves
Enquiries from your website, email or Instagram are read, scored, added to your CRM and sent to the right person with a draft reply.
Documents into data
Invoices, orders and forms, even PDFs or photos, are read by AI, checked against your orders and entered into your accounting or management software. Anything unclear goes to a person.
An assistant that knows your business
It answers customers and staff from your catalogue, prices and policies, including where an order is, and hands over to a person when unsure.
Quotes, reports and briefings
Quotes, pro‑forma invoices and a morning summary of what needs attention, prepared automatically and approved by you.
Content for every channel
One launch or article becomes social posts, a newsletter and web copy in your brand’s voice, published once you approve.
A whole AI department
A team of AI agents for one area of the business: sales, marketing, operations, HR or KPI reporting.
The AI does the repetitive work,a person decides.
Companies and everyday life are full of small, repetitive, often boring tasks. Many follow rules, so they can be automated.
The more delicate a step, like an email to a client or a payment, the more closely a person checks it before it goes out. And before an automation goes live, I also test it in the cases where it must never get it wrong.
