Only what you send, only to give you what you asked for, never sold.

Who

Onofrio Passariello, AI Automation Specialist with a Design background, is responsible for what you send through this site. For any question or request about your data, write to onofriopassariello@gmail.com: I answer myself.

What

Only what you send. In How Many Hours Can AI Save Me?: your job, your tasks and their times, your email to receive the result and, if you give it, your opinion of it. In Book a call: the time you choose, your email and, if you add them, your name and a note.

No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking.

Why

To give you what you asked for: the result, the call, an answer. Legal basis: your request (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)).

To improve the estimates, from answers kept without your email: my legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), which you can object to. Never sold, never used for marketing, and no decision about you is made automatically.

To keep the forms safe from abuse: my legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it

Vercel publishes the site, and the automations run on an OVHcloud server in France. Supabase keeps the answers and the calls, in the European Union (Frankfurt). Google sends the emails and holds the calendar and the video calls. Through OpenRouter, AI models by Anthropic and OpenAI read your answers, never your email, and do not train on them.

Some of these providers are in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Up to 12 months, then deleted; sooner if you ask. Next to your answers your email is kept only as a one-way fingerprint, which cannot be read back. What you type stays in your browser for this tab only, and goes when you close it.

Your network address is not kept: the forms count requests by a fingerprint of it, deleted after two days, and the server of the automations keeps its records for two weeks at most.

Your rights

You can see, correct, delete or take your data, limit its use or object to it: write to me, I reply within a month. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
